When Jesus said "you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free," that word know — ginōskō — doesn't mean recognize. It means experience. Truth only transforms us when it moves from the head to the heart — from something we agree with to something we live from.
The Disconnect Is Real
Most believers can quote Scripture. Fewer are living from it. We agree with the truth intellectually, but it hasn't become the foundational belief that shapes how we think, feel, and respond. That's the gap — between head knowledge and heart experience. And it's the reason so many sincere Christians still live stuck.
Head Knowledge
You can quote the verses. You believe they're true. But the love, joy, and peace Scripture promises still feel more like theology than daily experience. The truth hasn't made it from your head to your heart.
Heart Experience
Romans 12:2 says transformation comes through the renewing of your mind. That's not memorizing more verses — it's replacing the subconscious lies you live from with the truth God says about who you are, until it becomes the belief that shapes everything.
Lived Reality
When truth moves from intellectual agreement to foundational belief, everything shifts. You stop striving and start living from what Christ has already done. That's ginōskō — and that's where freedom lives.
Rooted in the Word of God
Everything we teach starts and ends with Scripture. The Bible isn't just inspirational — it's the living, active Word that transforms minds, heals hearts, and reveals who you truly are in Christ.
Identity in Christ
Who God says you are must become more real than how you feel. When your identity shifts, everything else follows — your thoughts, your choices, your peace.
Renewing the Mind
"Be transformed by the renewing of your mind" (Romans 12:2). Real change requires replacing deeply held lies with biblical truth — until that truth shapes belief, and belief shapes life.
Grace Over Performance
Many believers are exhausted from trying to earn what God has already given. We teach people to live from His grace, not for it — because freedom flows from rest, not striving.

Meet Christina
For over 25 years, I've been teaching, discipling, and walking alongside women through the hardest seasons of life — from prisons and shelters to living rooms and churches across three countries.
I'm a biblical transformation coach, speaker, and author with one driving question: Why do so many sincere believers still live stuck? The answer led me on a journey through Scripture, identity, and the renewing of the mind — and it changed everything.
My work is grounded in the Word of God, informed by how He designed the mind to work, and built to help women close the gap between knowing truth and actually living it.
